Deluxe Overnight Camping Trips
$275 per person per day

We offer two, three, four day fully guided overnight fish catching trips on the John Day River. These are deluxe in every way, and they can be a mix of fishing on the John Day River, private largemouth lake, or private trout lake. So.... a four-day trip could be four days fishing the scenic John Day River; or two days fishing on the John Day River for smallmouth bass, one day fishing for largemouth bass, and the last day fishing for trophy trout. What’s included:

• Full country breakfast each morning.

• Dutch-oven lunches, cooked in the boat while you fish.

• The John Day River’s No. 1 Trophy Smallmouth Bass Guide Service, and most are teaching guides.

• Quality poles, reels, and all the fish catching tackle to produce a quality trip and trophy fish.

• Guide model drift boats, with extra space and seating for our clients’ comfort. Our boats are equipped with propane heaters.
  · Can accommodate groups up to 10 fishermen, plus an awards ceremony to make the trip even more memorable.

• Great for corporate trips.

• Deluxe camp equipment: Coleman 10’ X 12’ tents with 6’ high centers, Coleman arm chairs, Coleman air mattresses, Coleman Hot water on Demand, Coleman Indoor Safe Propane Heaters for the tents, and much more.

• Great dinners: deep fried turkey and Painted Hills roast with all the fixin’s and deluxe desserts.

• We take lots of pictures of your trip and give you the film.

• We are licensed, bonded, insured, and registered with the BLM to do trips on the John Day River.

• We are the only John Day River guide service that guarantees “Fish-on” and offers a fish catching back-up plan on a private. largemouth bass lake or trout lake, if the river is “blown out” and not fishable (at “no charge”).

$150 per person per day

The  same as above, except each person is in a one person pontoon boat with a cooler, and no “Fish-on” guarantee.
