WHAT WOULD THE IRON-MAN "CAST AND BLAST" BE?

• Fishing for Native steelhead and smallmouth bass on the John Day River.

• Hunting WILD chukar, quail, and pheasant.

• Floating a Federal Scenic Waterway.

• Spending up to seven (7) relaxing days with a guide service that takes care of you.

WHERE WOULD THE IRON-MAN "CAST AND BLAST" BE?

• It would be on one of the best smallmouth bass rivers in the United States, the John Day River, in North Central Oregon (three hours from Portland). You would be floating 45 miles on a hard to get at section of the John Day, using a private ate launch site.

WHEN WOULD THE IRON-MAN "CAST AND BLAST" BE?

• There is a SIX-DAY trip scheduled for November 8th -136, 2006 (Wednesday – Monday). The trip will start in Fossil with a full breakfast at 6 AM, and end on the 13th about 4 PM at the Cottonwood Bridge. Or, schedule your own trip with at least three other outdoorsmen for a trip in November, December, or January 2007.

WHAT WOULD THE IRON-MAN "CAST AND BLAST" INCLUDE?

• Mai-Hah Outfitters will take care of all of the food, deluxe camping equipment (Coleman water proof tents, 10' X 12' with 6' center height, Coleman arm chairs, Coleman indoor heaters, Coleman air mattress, Coleman Hot-Water on Demand), propane shower, river rafting gear, coolers with ice and zip locks for your birds, fishing tackle, BLM fees, and maps.

• You would need to provide an Oregon Fishing and Hunting License, gun, shells, hunting dog (optional), fishing poles and reels, sleeping bag, and favorite beverage.
